Why I founded TRANSCIM
For a while, I have wanted to explain why I founded TRANSCIM.
It grew from challenges I met repeatedly as a Business Analyst and Dynamics 365 professional. Projects losing direction. Technology that struggled to gain adoption. Organisations becoming overly dependent on external support, and valuable internal capability disappearing over time.
Those experiences shaped a simple belief. Successful transformation is not just about implementing technology. It is about bringing people, processes and technology together to solve the right business problem.
That is the thinking behind TRANSCIM. We are building around business transformation, Microsoft technologies and practical AI, but always with the business problem first.
For me, successful transformation should leave an organisation stronger, more capable and better equipped for what comes next.
